The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel like family. the complimentary breakfast was a hit with my grandson, offering a variety of delicious options that kept him coming back for more. the location, minutes from Rock Hill and a short drive to Charlotte, was perfect for our outdoor adventures. We particularly enjoyed the amenities at the hotel, including the outdoor swimming pool where we could relax after a day of hiking and biking at the Anne Springs Close Greenway. the rooms were equipped with everything we needed, from plush duvets to a quiet place to settle in for a good night's sleep. Overall, Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Fort Mill exceeded our expectations. the combination of a clean and comfortable stay, friendly staff, and convenient location made our holiday experience truly memorable. We will definitely be choosing this chain for our future travels, thanks to the exceptional service and attention to detail we experienced at the Fort Mill location.
